Job summary

Valiant Finance is a dynamic Australian fintech scaling growth across acquisition, conversion and retention. You will own the growth roadmap, drive budget allocation, and lead a team of marketers, agencies and freelancers to test and learn at pace.

You will partner with product, sales and analytics to prioritise initiatives, define KPI targets and deliver measurable pipeline impact through paid, organic, lifecycle, and attribution initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, with senior/lead experience in startups or growth agencies.
• Set growth strategy, own targets, and prioritise time/budget effectively.
• Build and run structured experimentation programs with data-driven decisions.
• Understand how marketing drives pipeline, revenue, unit economics and LTV, and manage budgets accordingly.
• Lead across product, creative, sales, analytics and marketing, aligning stakeholders around growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention with clear targets.
• Manage paid media and growth budgets for efficiency and scale.
• Mentor marketers, agencies and freelancers, raising testing and learning standards.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales and product to align growth priorities with business goals.
• Lead strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and channel expansion including new growth levers.
