Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Manage paid media budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn.
• Mentor marketers, agencies, and freelancers; improve testing and learnings.
• Partner with leadership, sales and product to align growth priorities.
• Drive organic growth via SEO and content strategy.
• Own lifecycle and retention programs via email and SMS.
