Valiant Finance is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the growth strategy and oversee how we acquire, convert and retain small business customers. You’ll lead a structured experimentation program, own dashboards, and drive performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

You’ll partner with product, creative, sales, analytics and marketing to shape a scalable growth function and deliver measurable outcomes that compound over time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing, including senior/lead role at a start‑up, scale‑up or growth‑focused agency.
• Set growth strategy, own targets, and prioritise where time and budget go.
• Structured experimentation programmes with data‑driven decision making.
• Understand marketing activity connects to pipeline, revenue, unit economics and CLV, and manage budget accordingly.
• Lead across product, creative, sales, analytics and marketing; align senior stakeholders around a shared growth plan.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention with clear targets tied to business goals.
• Manage paid media and growth budgets, allocating spend across channels for scalable ROI.
• Mentor marketers, agencies and freelancers, raising the team’s testing, measurement and learning bar.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales and product to align growth priorities with commercial objectives.
