Assignar is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own growth marketing end to end. You’ll build pages, write ads, wire up automation, read numbers and decide what to test next, with the freedom to rebuild when needed.

You’ll work alongside sales, focusing on better conversations on site. The role values experimentation, hands-on tooling and a bias for action, with a strong emphasis on learning from field feedback.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in growth or demand generation for a B2B software business.
• Evidence you have built something rather than inherited it.
• A testing habit you can describe out loud.
• A real working relationship with a sales team.
• Hands on the tools: build pages, write emails and set up automation.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments rather than campaigns. Form a hypothesis, ship small and measure.
• Rebuild the funnel: website, landing pages, forms and conversion paths.
• Own the channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email and lifecycle.
• Improve the handover to sales: lead scoring, routing and follow-up.
• Own the stack: CRM, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
• Get to know the customer properly: talk to contractors and visit sites.
