The Senior Growth Marketer will own growth end-to-end, building pages, writing ads, wiring automation, and interpreting data. You will test ideas, learn from results, and drive scalable growth with a sales-aligned mindset.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in growth or demand generation for a B2B software business.
• Evidence you have built something rather than inherited it.
• A testing habit you can describe out loud.
• A real working relationship with a sales team.
• Hands on the tools.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments, measure results, and decide what to scale.
• Rebuild the funnel: landing pages, forms, and conversions.
• Own channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, email.
• Improve handover to sales: lead scoring and routing.
• Own the stack: CRM, automation, tracking and reporting.
• Talk to customers on site to inform growth ideas.
