Job summary

Lookout is seeking a Growth Marketer to propel our ABM-driven demand engine from a remote-first base in Australia. You’ll partner with sales and product teams to target priority accounts, build nurture journeys, and own marketing’s contribution to pipeline.

You’ll run account-based programs, create compelling content, and optimize workflows in HubSpot, LinkedIn and web assets to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across the Australian market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 2 years in growth, demand generation or ABM-focused roles.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline through ABM, content and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience; capable of building campaigns, workflows, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and run ABM programs targeting priority in-home care providers.
• Collaborate with BDMs to design territory-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid channels and events.
• Develop lead scoring, routing and SLAs with sales to ensure pipeline flow.
• Own HubSpot and LinkedIn campaigns and report on outcomes.
• Plan webinars and industry events to engage priority accounts.
