Cornerstone OnDemand is expanding its mid-market sales team in Australia. The role focuses on net-new logo acquisition within an assigned territory, building market coverage and creating demand across a diverse portfolio.

You will own the customer journey from discovery to close, translating workforce needs into measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Consulting, Marketing and Partners to drive pipeline, while maintaining momentum and delivering on quota.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise.
• Ability to generate and close net-new logos.
• Strong prospecting and multi-channel outreach skills.
