Job summary
Quest Recruit Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW, seeks a senior sales and business development professional to drive revenue in Australia, North America, Europe, and Asia for an industrial mineral additives business. You will lead direct sales to major customers and support distributors.
Tertiary qualifications in chemistry or related field and at least five years in technical industrial sales and key account management are required; a postgraduate business qualification is a plus.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior hands-on technical industrial sales and key account management experience.
- Postgraduate business qualification and global customer exposure would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Directly sell industrial minerals/chemicals/additives to major end-user customers in Australia and internationally.
- Support local and international distributors in a technical consultative sales and major account role.
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Grow sales revenue and gross margin beyond budgets in established and developing markets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in major accounts and distributors.
