Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a values-led workers' compensation leader for NSW Nominal Insurer operations. You will lead a large team, drive outcomes for injured workers and employers, and partner with executives to shape the future of the NSW scheme.

You will champion high-performing, technically capable teams focused on sustainable return-to-work outcomes and customer excellence in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large workers' compensation operations.
• Expert knowledge of claims management and recovery/return to work.
• Ability to deliver scheme-leading outcomes through disciplined execution and collaboration.
• Experience building high-performing, engaged teams with clear expectations.
