Job summary

Collarts is seeking a Senior Future Student Advisor in Melbourne/Sydney. You will guide prospective students from enquiry to enrolment, meeting targets and representing Collarts at events. You’ll work in a dynamic Recruitment team with hybrid flexibility and uncapped commissions, shaping the journeys of the next generation of creatives.

You will maintain CRM data, collaborate across teams, and contribute to innovative recruitment practices while delivering exceptional student experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in education, call centers or similar high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet individual and team KPIs in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a positive contribution to Collarts' culture and values.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team.
• Must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Achieve enrolment targets by managing recruitment pipelines across channels (phone, email, text, online, face-to-face).
• Provide tailored course recommendations using a consultative sales approach.
• Organise auditions, interviews, campus tours, and information sessions.
• Represent Collarts at recruitment events to promote the Collarts experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Maintain data in the CRM; generate reports and use dashboards to track progress.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and continuous improvement.
