UNE in Armidale seeks a Team Leader Future Students to coordinate a multi-channel contact centre, guiding a dedicated team delivering timely, accurate advice and personalised support from enquiry to enrolment.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Future Students, you will work with Marketing, SRM and admissions to enhance the student journey and drive performance in a fast-paced, student-first environment on a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact centre.
• Strong ability to manage priorities, coach staff, and meet performance targets.
• Clear communication and commitment to service excellence.
• Collaboration with marketing, admissions and SRM across a university environment.
