Job summary

Keypath Education in Australia is hiring a Student Enrolment Advisor to guide prospective students through the enrolment journey using a consultative sales approach. You will work with warm leads, manage your pipeline, and help students choose the right university program.

This fast-paced role is phone-based, remote-first, with a base salary plus uncapped commission. You’ll receive coaching, shadowing, and ongoing professional development as you achieve enrolment targets and deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phone-based sales experience.
• Proven success in B2C consultative sales or student enrolments.
• Experience achieving KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities through a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective students who have expressed interest in studying.
• Manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls using an automated dialer.
• Guide students through course options using a consultative sales approach.
• Follow up applications and help students complete the enrolment process.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Achieve enrolment and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with your team through daily coaching sessions and team huddles.
