Job summary

Betashares Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to own end-to-end delivery across investment, payments and reporting products. You will build customer-facing features using Vue, Rust, Node.js and GraphQL, while leveraging modern data stores and automated testing to ensure reliability.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex problems, drive scalable solutions, and champion AI-enabled engineering practices to improve throughput and product

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability delivering production software as a senior full-stack engineer across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong capability across frontend, backend, and APIs with sound technical decision-making.
• Experience designing services that interact with production databases and data stores focusing on data access, integrity and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of significant full-stack features across investment, payments, portfolio and reporting products.
• Design, build, test and maintain reliable software across Vue, Rust, Node.js, GraphQL and data stores.
• Contribute to technical design decisions balancing customer outcomes, performance, security and delivery needs.
• Collaborate with product engineering to translate complex problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Own complex engineering problems across customer journeys including production issue resolution.
• Advocate AI-assisted engineering practices to improve throughput and quality.
