Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Manly, Australia, is seeking a Senior Duty Manager to support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, welcoming owners and guests, and guiding the front desk team to deliver outstanding service.

You will develop and lead staff, manage guest issues, and ensure smooth registration, information delivery, and administration while maintaining a warm, professional guest experience at our resort in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Front Office supervisory role (3 years).
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays, and to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local attractions and services.
• Manage guest issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build, develop and lead a service-focused front desk team.
