Travel + Leisure Co. in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, greeting owners and guests, and providing local area information. You will lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and resolve guest issues promptly.

This role involves collaboration with Sales & Marketing to present the Vacation Ownership product and maintain high standards of customer care in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Front Office supervisory role (Team Leader/Shift Supervisor/ Duty Manager).
• Knowledge of Opera property management systems preferred.
• Experience in events is highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to listen and respond.
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, greet and register owners and guests, and provide local area information.
• Assist in staff development, training, and leadership of the Front Office team.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to introduce the Vacation Ownership product.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high levels of service.
