Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to support daily Front Office and Food & Beverage functions in Sydney, NSW. You’ll greet owners and guests, assist with check-in/out, inquiries, and reservations, while delivering friendly, proactive service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel environment is desirable.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Current Food Safety Certificate
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends, mornings, evenings and school holidays

Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving Food & Beverages
• Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, check in/out, answering telephone and email inquiries, luggage handling, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit procedures
• Possess a thorough knowledge of operation of administration equipment e.g. Email, basic Word & Excel documentation and Credit Card settlement machines.
