Professional Search Group in Western Australia seeks a Senior FP&A & Reporting Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting and executive reporting for a period of governance improvement. You will partner with the CFO, develop robust models and provide actionable insights to drive commercial decisions.

The role is an on-site contract, five days a week, with immediate start to Christmas and potential extension. Strong Excel and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Formación

• Extensive FP&A and management reporting experience.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario planning abilities.
• Proven track record delivering board packs and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and reporting.
• CPA/CA/CIMA qualifications are desirable, practical experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver board and executive reporting packs with clear insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for commercial analysis and decision support.
• Analyse KPIs and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct budget vs. actual analyses and provide corrective recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve financial understanding and drive decisions.
• Review and enhance management reporting frameworks for accuracy and transparency.
• Utilise advanced Excel and reporting tools for complex datasets.
• Support CFO with governance, reporting improvements and ad hoc analysis.
