Job summary

Talent Map Group Pty Ltd is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across a large, multifaceted organisation. You will translate financial data into meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Reporting to the CFO, you will influence strategic decisions, provide analytical leadership and develop dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in finance business partnering and management reporting.
Ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making.
Experience in complex organisations with strong analytical skills.
Advanced Excel capability.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of management and performance reporting.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organisation.
Partner with operational leaders to support strategic decisions.
Provide financial analysis, performance insights and recommendations.
Monitor financial performance, risks and opportunities.
Support capital planning, investment analysis and business case development.
Develop dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Drive improvements across planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
Contribute to strategy, performance management and resource allocation.
Build relationships across finance, operations and executive teams.
