Job summary

Equity Trustees Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A to partner with the business, delivering strategic financial analysis, enterprise-wide insights and executive-level reporting for the Leadership Team, Board and Investors.

This six-month fixed-term contract will lead forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting activities, while supporting the implementation of Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• CA and/or CPA qualification, supported by significant post-qualification experience.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting capability.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders including Board or executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of financial models underpinning the five-year plan.
• Prepare high-quality Board and Executive reporting on KPIs and risks.
• Provide commercially focused insights to support investor communications.
• Deliver corporate-level forecasting, scenario analysis and reports with clear implications.
• Partner with GM-level stakeholders to drive Adaptive Planning adoption.
• Coach and lead finance colleagues across the team.
