Australian Ethical is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Business Performance team on a 12-month maximum-term contract, supporting the CFO, Head of Investor Relations and executive leadership. You’ll deliver clear analysis, management reporting and commercial insights to help guide business strategy, forecasting, budgeting and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

CA/CPA/CIMA qualification and 7+ years' financial services experience.
Experience across management accounting, performance reporting and financial modelling.
Strong Excel modelling capability and ability to translate data into insights.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and executives.
Knowledge of investment products, markets and regulatory requirements; superannuation or investments preferred.
Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver Board and management reporting with high quality insights.
Support monthly profit forecast and annual budget cycle with stakeholders.
Contribute to external reporting, including ASX announcements.
Generate data‑driven insights to identify opportunities and risks.
Deliver financial projections and models highlighting risks and financial impacts.
Work with the business to reflect performance trends in forecasts.
Support strategy analysis, ROI and market insights across company projects.
