ThompsonCook in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead divisional planning, forecasting and performance insights. You will partner with senior Commercial and Group Finance to strengthen decision-making and drive strategic financial outcomes in a large multinational ASX-listed environment.

With one direct report, you will enhance planning processes, develop driver-based forecasts and elevate reporting using Power BI, automation and AI-enabled tools across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years' FP&A experience in a large corporate or complex divisional environment.
• CA or CPA accreditation.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Strong driver-based forecasting, scenario modelling and KPI development.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/Planning platforms.
• Exposure to Power BI, automation and AI-enabled reporting is desirable.
• High commercial judgement and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Drive monthly performance reporting and analysis with forward-looking insights.
• Develop driver-based forecasts, scenarios and sensitivities for decision-making.
• Partner with divisional leaders and Commercial/Group Finance to challenge assumptions.
• Improve visibility of revenue, margin, OPEX, working capital and cash flow.
• Enhance FP&A systems, reporting and processes using planning tools, Power BI, automation and AI.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, building capability across Finance and the business.
