Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own customer outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decisions to production handoff. You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards for deploying agentic AI at scale.

You will collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to translate complex challenges into agentic AI solutions, design and ship systems on the Agentforce platform, and build reusable playbooks for the org.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Experience delivering scalable production systems in enterprise AI/cloud/SaaS.
• Ability to own customer outcomes end-to-end and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's key customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Provide technical depth on critical deployments and mentor peers.
