Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations. You will build enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, wiring agents to core systems and data clouds. You will design grounding pipelines, craft prompts, and deploy multi-agent workflows from day one.

You will map customer processes to agentic workflows, write production code, and ensure robust telemetry and real-time performance dashboards for business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional AI/automation experience.
• Deep experience with LLM orchestration and grounding for enterprise data.
• Proven API design experience (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and agent protocols.
• Experience bridging AI agents with ERP systems via middleware.
• Familiarity with data modeling, schemas, and async messaging.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms (MuleSoft, Pega, UiPath, ServiceNow).
• Experience with integrated apps (Workday, Jira, Slack) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-agent workflows and orchestration inside customer environments.
• Implement agent-to-agent communication standards and context protocols.
• Build real-time data grounding systems using RAG and vector databases.
• Develop APIs and integration pipelines linking AFO/Agentforce to data clouds and ERPs.
• Integrate AI tooling into daily developer workflows to enable rapid deployments.
• Model telemetry, observability, and dashboards for agent performance and health.
• Collaborate with field deployments to feed edge cases into product roadmaps.
