Job summary
Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
You will connect advanced AI agents to enterprise systems, write production code, and implement real-time grounding and multi-agent workflows. You will collaborate with customers on process mapping, configure agent orchestration, and deliver end-to-end deployment from day one, including API integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in engineering roles involving AI and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with API design (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and actor protocols (MCP, tool-calling).
- Ability to bridge AI agents with legacy ERP systems via middleware.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
- Develop real-time data grounding systems and multi-agent communication protocols.
- Implement API integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud, data warehouses, and ERPs.
