Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is expanding Deployment Services to help customers transform their AI-enabled support. As a Senior AI Deployment Consultant, you’ll lead our largest deployments, blending project management with hands-on configuration of the Fin platform to deliver value quickly and at scale.

You’ll partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, and success metrics, turning complex requirements into actionable plans and guiding customers toward

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing implementation or consulting experience in SaaS or AI
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget
• Hands-on platform configuration; fluent with APIs and data flows

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for largest customers and be primary point of contact
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget aligned to customer goals and GTM partners
• Lead discovery sessions translating requirements into technical plans
• Configure the Fin platform including automation, workflows, analytics
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex hurdles
• Coordinate integrations, data migrations, and security reviews
• Run projects with risk logs, reporting cadence, escalations, decisions
• Shape deployment strategy with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D
• Contribute to deployment methodology, templates, and best practices
• Apply AI tooling to delivery and share learnings with the team
