Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is accelerating AI-powered customer experiences for global brands. The Deployment Services team leads end-to-end implementations, guiding customers from discovery to live operation across automation, data migrations, and integrations.

You will own large-scale deployment programs for flagship customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and apply AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Hands-on technical capability with APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for large customers, ensuring successful implementation.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand complex requirements and translate into technical plans.
• Configure the Fin platform across automation, workflows, data migrations, and security.
