Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will architect, build, deploy, and hand off production systems integrated with Salesforce APIs and data platforms.

You will mentor engineers, influence product roadmap with field insights, and stay at the cutting edge of AI tooling and frameworks. Travel ~25% to embed with customer teams and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
• Proficient in Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs) and multi-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers from architecture to production.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Mentor other engineers, review code, and share reusable assets and playbooks with the org.
