Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and deploy enterprise AI solutions inside customer environments.

You will design agent-driven workflows, map customer processes to agent reasoning, and implement multi-agent coordination across tools and data sources. In this role you’ll integrate Agentforce Operations with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, build real-time grounding systems, and deliver production code from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and grounding.
• Experience integrating AI agents with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of data grounding and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows inside customer environments.
• Develop real-time data grounding infrastructure using RAG and vector stores.
• Implement agent-to-agent communication protocols and MCP.
• Develop APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce product/engineering on edge cases.
