Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for Agentforce Operations (Regrello). This hands-on role designs and deploys enterprise-grade AI automation inside customer environments, linking advanced agents to the broader tech stack.

You will write production code, develop grounding systems, manage multi-agent communications, and deliver workflows across supply chain and back-office domains. Travel 25-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional experience.
• Hands-on AI grounding and LLM orchestration experience.
• Multi-Agent systems and API protocol knowledge.
• Expertise in process orchestration and API-led connectivity (MuleSoft or similar).
• Solid data modeling and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and enterprise apps.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% for on-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI workflows inside customer environments.
• Define agent reasoning, tool-calling logic, and execution loops.
• Implement agent communication protocols (MCP and modern standards).
• Architect data grounding systems using RAG, vector stores, and KBs.
• Develop APIs and integration pipelines to ERP and cloud data stacks.
• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to feed edge cases into roadmaps.
• Monitor real-time performance dashboards and ETL/ELT pipelines.
