Job summary

LeaseSuite Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for its Sydney-based fintech platform. You will own features end to end across the database, API, UI and deployment, with a mix of C#/.NET and React/TypeScript work.

The role emphasizes financial accuracy, testing, and rapid production releases in a small, senior team. The position is hybrid with 2 days in the office in Sydney and opportunities to work on AI-driven features such as document extraction and portfolio analysis.

Qualifications

• FinTech or financial software background; numbers must be right.
• Substantial commercial experience with C#/.NET and API structuring.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience; full-stack role.
• Testing habit and discipline to maintain a robust codebase.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across .NET API and React front end.
• Implement financial calculations to specifications reviewed by finance stakeholders.
• Write tests against a real database, not mocks.
• Review others' work and the team's AI-generated code.
• Extend AI features: document extraction, deal analysis, portfolio assistant.
• Own deploys; release multiple times daily and handle production triage.
