Launch Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a strong Full Stack Engineer with a frontend emphasis to design and enhance customer-facing digital experiences for a leading global financial organisation. You will work across React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, building scalable APIs within headless architectures, and shaping performance, security, and engineering best practices.

• Experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript frontends
• Experience with headless CMS, ideally Sitecore; other CMS ok
• Understanding of accessibility and technical SEO; ability to influence direction
• Experience with APIs, microservices, CI/CD
• Experience deploying to cloud: Vercel, Netlify or AWS
• Experience applying AI in software development and digital experiences
