Job summary

Nxgen Cabling Pty Ltd in Smeaton Grange, NSW seeks a senior financial leader to drive financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting for a growing infrastructure business. You will oversee monthly reporting, cash-flow forecasting, WIP, labour costs and margin analysis, and provide commercial support to operations and project managers.

Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, you will lead the finance and administration team, establish strong financial controls and governance,

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent with senior financial leadership experience.
• Proven ability in construction, infrastructure or project-based environments with strong costing and cash-flow capability.
• Hands-on, commercially minded leadership with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage monthly reporting and cash-flow forecasting.
• Oversee project financials, WIP, labour costs and margin analysis.
• Manage working capital, debtors and creditors.
• Establish financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Drive ERP, systems and process improvement.
• Provide commercial support to Operations and Project Managers.
• Deliver strategic financial and commercial advice.
• Lead Finance and administration team.
