Job summary

Method Recruitment Group represents a family-owned Australian construction business seeking a Head of Finance to lead all financial functions, drive strategic planning, and support international growth. You will partner with the MD and leadership, mentor the finance team, and ensure robust reporting, budgeting, and controls.

The role requires CA or CPA, extensive senior finance leadership, and experience in project-based or construction industries, with strong treasury and FX management

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Experience in construction/infrastructure/project-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and controls.
• Partner with MD and leadership to drive strategic planning and growth.
• Develop financial reporting to support decision-making and performance insights.
• Oversee treasury, FX risk management and cross-border transactions.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and ensure regulatory compliance.
