Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of cost engineering experience; 5+ years in field cost control on EPC/EPCM or major construction projects.
• Proven capability in cost tracking, earned value, and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field cost visibility for labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and services.
• Prepare and update field cost forecasts aligned with progress and trends.
• Lead cost review sessions with construction managers and project controls teams.
