BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada are recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager for our Wellington NSW site. You will oversee delivery of contracted facilities services at a government justice facility, manage budgets and vendor performance, and ensure WHS and QA compliance on-site with a small BGIS team.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management in a senior role within complex environments.
• Delivery of integrated facilities, property, project and financial management services.
• Strong budgeting, business planning and commercial understanding.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Experience with QA, WHS and environmental systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and CMMS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of all contracted facilities services and KPIs.
• Manage contract financial performance including budgets and invoices.
• Plan and coordinate preventative/reactive maintenance in CMMS.
• Develop scopes of works and contract documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, WHS compliance and assess works.
• Prepare variations and approvals for additional works.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly reports and lead client meetings.
• Guide and develop the on-site BGIS team, promote teamwork.
• Ensure WHS inductions and safe work practices for all works.
