This is a highly client-facing role with regular contact at a senior level, including members of the judiciary and court registry staff. You're warm, composed and a natural communicator, and you enjoy building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Look after the delivery of the Services Agreement, making sure contractual KPIs are consistently met.
  • Plan and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance using the CMMS, keeping data and reports accurate.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including scopes of work, documentation, WHS compliance and assessment of completed works.
  • Manage contract financial performance, including budgets, invoice review, cost management and timely supplier payments.
  • Prepare and obtain approvals for variations and additional works.
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with client representatives, tenants and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prepare monthly reports and run client meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Review maintenance activities for value for money and whole of life outcomes.
  • Support WHS, quality, environmental and sustainability requirements across all activities.
  • Suggest practical improvements and new ways of working with the client.

  • Sound financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting and cost management.
  • Experience working within QA, WHS and environmental systems.
  • Comfortable with digital systems, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and CMMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the poise to engage with senior client stakeholders.
Desirable:
  • Qualification or experience in Facilities Management.
  • Experience with collaborative, relationship or alliance contracting.
  • Estimating and whole of life cost experience.
  • Environmental, ESD or energy management experience.
  • Experience in justice, government or other high-profile client environments.
