Job summary

BGIS, Government Justice Client seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities services at multiple secure government justice facilities in the Western NSW region. You will report to the Operations Manager, work with client representatives, vendors and a small BGIS on-site team to keep the site safe, compliant and well maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within a senior role.
• Experience delivering integrated facilities, project and financial management services.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Experience with QA, WHS and environmental systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of all contracted facilities services and meet KPIs.
• Manage budgets, invoicing and supplier payments.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance using the CMMS.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure WHS compliance.
• Prepare monthly client reports and lead meetings.
