• Experience in express road freight, transport, or logistics.
• Hunter mentality with drive to identify, pursue and close new business.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage your own territory, sales pipeline and performance targets.
• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and understanding complex customer requirements.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across Queensland.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers and develop long-term partnerships.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare competitive proposals and close profitable new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline forecasts and reporting.
