Job summary

Talent Street is recruiting two Senior Systems Administrators in Brisbane CBD to provide Tier-3 EUC engineering and support for enterprise environments. You will manage end-user computing, Microsoft 365 administration, and device deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android, in collaboration with network, security and service desk teams.

Strong automation and ITIL experience preferred. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technology initiatives, and work closely with

Qualifications

• Hands-on EUC engineering and admin for enterprise end-user computing environments.
• Experience managing desktops, laptops, mobiles and tablets.
• Ability to administer Microsoft 365 services and investigate complex EUC incidents to resolution.
• Experience in ITIL-based operations and collaborating with service desk, application, infrastructure, network and security teams.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, software deployment and automation, and Teams voice/meeting-room services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tier-three EUC support, investigate root causes and lead remediation.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and support service-level outcomes.
• Automate, test and deploy EUC infrastructure, software and device configurations.
• Assess new technologies and contribute to service improvements and initiatives.
• Collaborate across technical teams and stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues.
