Job summary

Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Desktop Services Analyst to support the Desktop Environment across multiple sites, including the Design Studio and warehouses. You will handle 1st–3rd line support, incident management, and on-call escalation on a rotating basis, ensuring service restoration with minimal business impact.

The role requires 3+ years in operational IT support, strong Active Directory and Microsoft 365 admin experience, and hands-on administration of Windows 10/11, Intune MDM,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational IT support or help desk roles.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 admin is essential.
• Proven Windows 10/11 setup, administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of Intune MDM, SCCM and related admin tools is required.
• Experience with network tech (LAN/WAN/WiFi) and VPN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line desktop support across multiple sites.
• Manage incidents and service requests to meet SLAs.
• Support family/owners desktop environments and on-call rotation.
• Ensure desktop services are restored promptly with minimal business impact.
• Identify and document recurring issues and implement fixes.
