Talent International is seeking an EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist to join a Federal Government client’s team across NDIA office locations in NSW. This 12-month contract offers a daily rate of AUD 754.20 plus super.

You will lead enterprise workforce planning, developing frameworks, evaluating scenarios and advising senior leaders on priorities, risks and actions. 7.6 hours per day, 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise workforce planning and strategy.
• Strong scenario modelling and workforce demand/supply analysis.
• Ability to interpret workforce and financial data for evidence-based decisions.
• Proven executive reporting to senior leaders.
• Stakeholder engagement and governance development.
• Experience operating in large, complex organisations.
• Public sector workforce planning and MYEFO/budget context.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise workforce planning methodology and monthly integration cycle.
• Integrate workforce demand, supply, cost, and funding evidence.
• Develop defensible workforce scenarios; present to senior leaders.
• Prepare monthly executive position papers with recommendations.
• Provide authoritative workforce planning advice and engage stakeholders.
• Establish governance for workforce planning assumptions and actions.
