Job summary

Talent seeks an EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist to lead the development and operation of enterprise workforce planning capabilities in Canberra on a 12-month contract. You will integrate workforce and financial evidence, evaluate scenarios, and advise senior leaders.

You will be supported by a Workforce Data Analyst/Specialist to embed planning as a BAU function. Reporting to the Branch Manager, Accessibility, Inclusion and People Insights, the role requires extensive

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise or strategic workforce planning in large organisations.
Strong ability to interpret workforce and financial evidence for decision-making.
Proven track record in designing and evaluating workforce scenarios and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Lead development and operation of enterprise workforce planning methodology and evidence register.
Integrate workforce demand, supply, cost and funding evidence to present a consolidated position.
Develop defensible workforce scenarios and document assumptions, impacts, and risks.
Prepare monthly executive position papers with findings and recommended actions.
Provide authoritative workforce planning advice to resolve issues and align positions across business areas.
Establish governance for planning assumptions, evidence, decisions and actions.
