Job summary

Talent International is recruiting an EL1 Workforce Data Analyst to support a Federal Government client at NDIA offices across NSW. The role is a 12-month contract with extension potential.

You will provide workforce analytics and reporting to support enterprise workforce planning, integrating workforce, financial and operational data to identify trends and enable scenario modelling for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with workforce and financial data analysis.
• Data cleansing, validation and reconciliation experience.
• Proven ability to develop repeatable reporting products.
• Experience in scenario modelling and managing assumptions.
• Ability to perform trend analysis to identify gaps and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, validation and reconciliation of workforce and related data.
• Maintain workforce planning datasets, definitions, source mappings and rules.
• Analyse demand, supply, vacancies, recruitment, movements and costs to identify trends.
• Investigate data discrepancies and document limitations and confidence levels.
• Produce reports and visualisations for monthly workforce planning papers.
• Support senior staff to develop and test workforce scenarios and document methods.
• Collaborate with Finance, People and Culture, and data owners to meet deadlines.
