Job summary

Talent International is recruiting for an EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist to support a Federal Government client at NDIA NSW locations. This 12-month contract role offers a daily rate of 754.20 AUD + Super and a 38-hour week.

You will lead enterprise workforce planning, align workforce and financial data, and provide clear advice to senior leaders on priorities, risks and actions. This role involves stakeholder engagement and governance development.

Qualifications

• You will lead enterprise workforce planning and develop governance for the function.
• You will analyse workforce, financial and operational data to inform decisions.
• You will prepare executive briefings and present to senior leaders.
• You will engage stakeholders to resolve workforce planning issues.
• You will develop frameworks and operating models for governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and operation of enterprise workforce planning methodology.
• Consolidate workforce demand, supply, cost and funding evidence.
• Develop and evaluate workforce scenarios with clear assumptions and risks.
• Prepare monthly executive position papers and recommendations.
• Provide authoritative workforce planning advice to senior leaders.
• Maintain governance for assumptions, evidence and actions.
