Qualifications

• 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience
• Experience in external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead is preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact to Enterprise Accounts
• Build relationships with senior external stakeholders in technical and business units
• Understand customer outcomes and business goals and map to AWS services
• Provide recommendations and proactive guidance on architecture and operations
• Plan and execute business-critical events including product launches and migrations
