Job summary

Nash Delivery Technologies Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to own the technical design and deployment for ANZ accounts. You will run discovery with customers’ engineering teams, define integration approaches, and orchestrate pilots and go-live activities in a hybrid, Sydney-based setting.

You will manage two to three enterprise accounts, guiding implementations, adoption, and renewal cycles while collaborating with Nash product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics.
• Technically capable of running the design half of this role.
• Able to lead discovery with an engineering team and define integration approaches.
• Understands delivery operations and how metrics like completion rate and ETA affect outcomes.
• Able to communicate clearly with engineering teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design for enterprise sales cycles with customers' engineering and operations teams.
• Own launches from signature to steady state, coordinating stakeholders and central engineering teams.
• Build durable relationships across accounts and manage adoption, performance, and renewals with sales alignment.
• Feed the roadmap by turning account knowledge into prioritized product requests.
