Job summary

Janison is seeking an Implementation Manager in Sydney (hybrid) to lead complex enterprise SaaS deployments across APAC, U.K. and Europe. You’ll own delivery from handover to go-live, build playbooks and mature the function while coaching a small team.

The role blends hands-on configuration, customer engagement and bid support, with regular collaboration across Product, Engineering and Support to scale delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise/software implementations.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software delivery for government or large clients.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and coach a delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, national-scale implementations across APAC and UK/EU.
• Hold the commercial line: enforce change control and mitigate out-of-scope requests.
• Lead client project teams, steer committees and manage difficult conversations.
