Job summary

Annexa is seeking a Solution Lead / Principal Consultant in Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD with hybrid work. You’ll build trusted relationships, lead solution design, facilitate workshops, guide end-to-end project delivery, and transform how organisations operate.

You will focus on stakeholder engagement, ERP/NetSuite transformations, and pre-sales support, mentoring consultants, and delivering real business outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting and customer-facing experience.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outcomes.
• Experience leading workshops, solution design, and business transformation initiatives.
• The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with executives and decision makers.
• Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• The minimum of 5 years experience with NetSuite is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery for NetSuite-based transformations.
