Job summary

Annexa seeks a senior NetSuite Solution Architect to own end-to-end customer solutions, from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring outcomes. You’ll lead design across engagements, guiding workshops and delivering comprehensive design artefacts for the delivery team.

You will build peer-level relationships with finance and operations stakeholders, manage scope and risk, and drive value across multiple modules and third-party integrations within a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne CBD environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across implementation, solution design and consulting – essential.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end integrated solution design.
• Advanced understanding of NetSuite ERP across core modules, process areas (R2R, P2P, O2C) and third-party integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of core accounting principles and common business processes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering solutions across multiple verticals.
• Ability to build peer-level relationships with finance and operations stakeholders and architect solutions around their strategic goals.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication – documentation is thorough, accurate and audience-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across client engagements from pre-sales through delivery.
• Be the primary design authority across the full project lifecycle.
• Run workshops and produce solution design artefacts to Annexa standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and manage deployment support.
• Develop scoping estimates and SOWs for sign-off.
• Oversee delivery with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
