Cloud Assess Pty is seeking a senior, hands-on Solutions & Delivery Lead to own enterprise implementations, including multi-site and multi-country rollouts. You’ll be the technical voice in front of customer stakeholders, leading discovery, solution design, security reviews and data migration with AWS expertise.
In this delivery-heavy role you’ll drive SSO, APIs and integrations, write statements of work, and mentor pre-sales and delivery teams while partnering with Sales and Product to align on
Qualifications
- 7+ years across B2B SaaS implementation and delivery roles.
- Broad technical knowledge including SSO, APIs, webhooks, data migration and AWS.
- Experience in consultative SaaS sales/implementation.
- Hands-on delivery-heavy role with security and architecture discussions.
- Commercial acumen in scoping, pricing and writing statements of work.
- Desirable: ISO audits, security posture, SOC 2, Essential Eight; PMP/PRINCE2.
Responsabilités
- Lead major enterprise and government rollouts from kickoff to go-live.
- Own technical discovery, solution design and security reviews with CTOs.
- Manage integrations, data migration, UAT and go-live with Product and Engineering.
- Develop a repeatable delivery playbook, templates and tooling.
- Represent Cloud Assess in enterprise sales cycles as the technical voice.
- Mentor pre-sales and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success.
